Writing for Listening - Writing Lively Texts for Radio with Kit (for Women and TIAN* Persons aged 55+)
About the event
How do I write a good script for a presentation or a podcast? What can I consider to make texts that are only heard understandable and lively? During the workshop, we will listen to examples together and try out through exercises what needs to be considered when writing for listening. A collage can emerge from the exercises at the end.
Kit Priester studied linguistics and social sciences and has been doing Free Radio for 5 years. Among other things, she has a regular show for which she creates sound collages. She also likes to broadcast live from different locations and wants to take her listeners along with the language as much as possible. This sparked her interest in writing good texts for listening.
