When public prosecutor Seyo Kim begins her first job, she has no idea of the corrupt structures she will soon have to confront. She narrowly survives a racist arson attack and decides to investigate the case herself. But instead of clarification, she encounters a wall of silence within her "own ranks": Senior Public Prosecutor Forch downplays the crime. Against the express instructions and bitter resistance of her own authority, Seyo takes up the fight against the seemingly all-powerful judicial system. In a climate of mistrust, she finds two allies in lawyer Alexandra Tiedemann and her friend Ayten Alican, a public prosecutor's office employee. Under constant threat, Seyo fights with them for the integrity of the law – by all means and not just in court.
