Workshop: Navigating the Crisis with Resilient Strategies — Planning Projects Sustainably and Remaining Actionable

Part of the workshop series "Strengthened Through the Crisis" 🍽️ ✨– a cooperation between Konzeptwerk Neue Ökonomie e.V. and Konfliktpotential! For everyone active in associations, initiatives, projects, or organizations who wants to constructively shape societal challenges 💬

What is it about? In times of social polarization, tight budgets, and uncertain funding conditions, it is often difficult for civil society actors to ensure the continuity of their work. Resilience, i.e., the ability to remain constant despite unforeseen challenges, is a key factor in dealing with crises. In this workshop, you will deal with resilient project development. Together, we will follow the path from your strategic orientation and project goals to the planning of concrete measures. We will introduce methods and exercises for project planning and provide an opportunity to reflect on how to deal with changes and uncertainties. You will learn to set priorities more consciously, assess risks more realistically, and develop strategies that provide orientation even in challenging times. The goal is to make your projects more sustainable and strengthen your organizational resilience.
