Workshop: Between Engagement and Exhaustion — Recognizing and Redesigning Overload Systems
About the event
Part of the workshop series "Strengthened Through the Crisis" 🍽️ ✨– a cooperation between Konzeptwerk Neue Ökonomie e.V. and Konfliktpotential! For everyone active in associations, initiatives, projects, or organizations who wants to constructively shape societal challenges 💬
What is it about? In cases of overload, several levels often interact: internal drivers and high personal ideals, as well as unspoken expectations from the environment and structural conditions within teams and organizations. This creates dynamics that lead us to systematically exceed our own limits. In this workshop, we will examine these interrelationships. Which internal beliefs contribute to us getting into overloaded situations? We will also look at the structures in which we work and live: Where do they increase pressure, and where are there opportunities for change? We will explore how we can design structures and relationships in such a way that we feel effective in our work while also respecting our boundaries. Using your case examples, we will develop options for action for forms of resilient collaboration. In the workshop, we will primarily work with models and experience-oriented methods from the ATCC approach on these topics.
