We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, particularly the very pleasant atmosphere, the lovely rooms, and the excellent cuisine. The central location is also ideal for cyclists and pedestrians seeking all sorts of activities.

A truly beautiful hotel! The Hotel Fürstenhof Leipzig is very stylish and furnished to a high standard. I was particularly impressed by the tasteful atmosphere and the wonderful artwork displayed throughout the hotel – you can immediately see the attention to detail. The rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean. The staff was also consistently friendly, kind, and helpful, making you feel instantly welcome. My only, and very minor, criticism is that with such elaborate and elegant decor, fresh flowers would have enhanced the overall impression even more than the plastic ones. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

The hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately, the breakfast price is unacceptable. €28.00 is far too much. There's no spectacular selection to justify that price.

A beautiful hotel that doesn't quite live up to its initial promise. The location is excellent; whether you're in the city center, at the zoo, or at the train station, everything is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. There's no wardrobe, refrigerator, or minibar in the room. The vending machine next to the elevator offers cold drinks for a fee. However, the model seems more suited to an industrial setting than a hotel of this category. The lighting in the room isn't designed for anyone wanting to read by hand. It's simply too dark. The bathroom was clean and functional. There are no amenities such as cotton pads or a small bar of hand soap. My husband and I also sorely missed having a cosmetic mirror. The breakfast itself is very plentiful. Egg dishes are freshly prepared. It was amusing to find ourselves jokingly competing with two neighboring tables for the four individual jars of Nutella available. The ambiance in the breakfast room is more like a modern company cafeteria. It's anything but cozy. Besides the kitchen staff, service is provided by one employee, which shouldn't be too difficult in principle, since everything is left to the guest. The coffee machine made delicious coffee when used correctly. Unfortunately, there are only two women's restrooms in the breakfast area, which, at least during our week-long stay, weren't checked by the cleaning staff as frequently as perhaps necessary. When I pointed out that one restroom was very dirty and that the toilet paper holders were empty in both, the breakfast room manager told me that there were rolls in the cubicles that guests could replace themselves. I'm happy to do that, but not in a hotel that pretends to be a five-star establishment. Our conclusion: We'd gladly return to Leipzig, but probably not to the Fürstenhof.

Recently renovated hotel on the edge of the city center. Nice location; just cross the road and you are in the center. The hotel is quite small-scale, and the room is modern, spacious, and fully equipped. The only downside was actually that there was too little lighting in the room. Reading a book while sitting in a chair is a challenge. Parking is available at the hotel and is otherwise fine.
