Spirit Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at the Spirit Lodge. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are also super clean :) The location is truly perfect, as there are great cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There's also a park nearby, which you can use to reach the southern part of Leipzig. Overall, it was really great and highly recommended!! :)

For one night, it's fine. I had the double room that faced directly onto the main street, and it was quite noisy even with the window open. The room and bathroom cleanliness was excellent. I didn't use the kitchen or the dining room because I only stayed one night and left the hotel early the next morning. They send an email with the door codes, so I didn't see any staff. There's a supermarket 30 meters away and the bus/tram stop right in front. The only downside is the atmosphere outside the hotel, but the interior is very nice.

It was very nice here, the location is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the kitchen needs a dishwasher, and the cutlery drawer in the kitchen needs to be cleaned more often.

Masterclass, I recommend it

Simply unique! We've stayed here several times for one night at concerts. It's a very nice, quiet hostel. We've always stayed in the Calcutta Suite. It's incredibly special with its bed suspended from the ceiling. Towels and an extra blanket are even provided every time. Plus, it only takes about 10 minutes by tram from the city center/main train station to the hostel, and the trams stop almost right outside the door. I can absolutely recommend this hostel!

A great, primitive accommodation. Exceptional decor, old building, very friendly staff. We'd be happy to return. There was a bit of dirt under the bed, so I'd try to wipe it down, but otherwise everything was very clean, including the shower and toilet.

Really unique. Extremely friendly and on the tram route into the city. Outside appearance would put some off, but really enjoyed my short stay.

Rooms are good and well maintained, feels like a home.
