We felt so comfortable with you and were finally able to ask questions about the toys we knew we wanted to use together. We tried them out right away and loved them. I ordered a long Undrowear binder (which unfortunately broke 🥲) and then a long BWYA, and I'm happy with it! I have quite a lot to tie, and the binders are still reliable. Delivery was super fast both times! I ordered it on Tuesday, and it arrived on Friday. It's really helpful that it's so fast.

That was a truly wonderful experience. I find it incredibly impressive how the owners manage to create such a safe and inclusive atmosphere in the store, without it feeling dirty, shameful, or sexually charged in any way. The decor was beautiful and stylish, everything was presented wonderfully, the cashier was friendly and available to answer questions but otherwise remained discreetly in the background, everything was well explained, and the quality was excellent. I was really worried beforehand that it might be embarrassing, so I usually order online. But actually, the opposite was true. Taking the step of going into the store and essentially deciding what I liked in a safe, public setting actually made me feel comfortable with the purchase and excited about it.
