A great hotel in a perfect location. Very friendly and competent staff. Good room cleaning. Delicious breakfast, if you're willing to spend the money. Great hotel bar. Nothing to complain about!

A beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. It's very centrally located, putting you right in the heart of the city. The hotel is exquisite and luxurious. If you're looking for a budget option, this isn't the place for you. The service is exemplary and leaves nothing to be desired. Despite its central location, it's very quiet and there's no noise disturbance.

For my stay in Leipzig from May 29th to June 1st, I chose this 5-star hotel and am leaving with very mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic and offers the perfect starting point. The rooms also fully live up to the hotel's standards. My room was beautiful, very stylishly furnished, and a true retreat with a wonderful sense of space. The food was also excellent – the breakfast was superb, high-quality, and varied. I would especially like to commend the room service, which was prompt, discreet, and absolutely professional. Up to this point, a true 5-star experience. Unfortunately, this high standard was severely marred by the interpersonal aspects. The behavior of some of the staff – especially the male ones – was completely unacceptable. Instead of the expected professional courtesy, I was repeatedly met with condescending and dismissive looks. In a hotel of this category, I expect every guest to be treated with respect and as an equal. This cold, almost arrogant attitude was completely unacceptable. In my opinion, an urgent briefing for the relevant staff on genuine hospitality and how to interact appropriately with female guests would be highly advisable. Unfortunately, this lack of respect for individual guests extended to the digital realm. As a content creator, I value aesthetics and conscious storytelling and enjoy sharing my experiences. However, it's striking that the hotel's social media management seems to prioritize content based solely on follower count. While posts from accounts with a larger reach are shared, lovingly crafted, user-generated content from growing profiles is completely ignored. True hospitality should be evident online as well, not just begin once a certain reach is reached. This represents a missed opportunity for genuine, authentic community building. A better, more thoughtful marketing strategy that focuses on digital courtesy and appreciating all creative guests is urgently needed for the hotel's online presence. Conclusion: A visually and culinarily outstanding hotel in a prime location, but one that still has some catching up to do in terms of genuine service culture, respect and modern social media management.
