Very rude receptionist. I had a few questions, but she said she didn't have time for customers. Very disrespectful. No effort. Unfriendly.

Excellent as a conference hotel and for business trips, short walk to the old town

Not impressed. Room itself was A-OK, but getting there required a really, really long walk. If you have large suitcase[s], getting in/out from hotel's parking will surprise you - and not in a good way! Breakfast room was VERY crowded, coffee machines not working properly, and the staff clearly overworked. The facility in general could use some cleaning, too. Oh, and after you've paid the parking fee at the reception, you better RUN back to your car, otherwise it'll charge you extra few Euros. Not cool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Enjoying a wonderful and delicious breakfast right on the Rhine in the sunshine each morning was fantastic. The service was attentive, and check-in was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to attend an event at the Rheingoldhalle, which is directly connected to the hotel, making it an excellent combination. Highly recommended. We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. One of the highlights was having breakfast right by the Rhine on a beautiful sunny morning—what a great way to start the day! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team was very helpful with any questions we had. We were also attending an event at the Rheingoldhalle, which is directly connected to the hotel. The convenience of being able to walk straight from the hotel to the venue was a huge plus. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Great location, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mainz.
