On the first floor the windows cannot be opened due to soundproof insulation, which I found very discomfortable. The rooms on first floor have a disgusting odor. Otherwise, average hotel with bare minimum standards.

I was given the wrong room. I booked a double room with extra beds for two children. I received a double room with no space for additional beds. The staff told me they couldn't do anything about it, end of story. Very unfriendly and not at all accommodating.

We were a group of 17 women staying at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were in good condition. Unfortunately, some of the windows couldn't be opened even a crack. Being able to do so would have been helpful for two people. Our rooms didn't have a wardrobe, only a few hooks and shelves. Additional storage in the bathroom, for example for toiletries, would have been nice. This would be a real plus, especially for groups sharing a room. As a group, we found the service at check-in, the drinks service in the lobby, and the breakfast with the staff to be very pleasant. The location was ideal for us, as there are bus and tram stops right next to the hotel.

The worst breakfast we have ever experienced for a whopping €16!!!
