We only had problems with the hotel's parking ticket for the parking garage opposite, but the hotel staff helped us.

I think it's a great place. I was there with my son and it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were also very nice, and every room was wheelchair accessible. I'm in a wheelchair myself and it was great.

Solid rooms. Modern lobby. But the windows don't open! Good, oxygen-rich sleep is essential after a weekend of heavy drinking. With the windows closed, it quickly becomes a super (8) puma cage for two people.

The room smelled very unpleasantly of sewage (2nd floor). Our travel companions' room next door smelled the same. The price was okay. The staff were sometimes friendly, sometimes unenthusiastic.

Stayed here overnight on the way to Austria 🇦🇹. Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. It was warm 🥵 in the room though, and I couldn't open a window. The room was modern and clean! You don't hear any noise from outside or inside the hotel. Room 156, 2 people including breakfast, booked for 112 euros via the hotel website because of the lowest price. About a 35 to 40 minute walk from the center. Lovely beds. Spacious breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold items, but not a huge variety of bread. In summary, top hotel, top price! Very satisfied 😊 Opposite the hotel is a parking garage where you can park for 24 hours for 10 euros 🅿️

The air conditioning in the room was broken, and I could barely sleep. Despite complaining, I wasn't given a different room. The windows can't be opened due to soundproofing, so no fresh air is possible when it's hot. Currently not recommended for guests who rely on air conditioning and ventilation.

We had reserved two adjoining rooms by phone. Upon arrival, we were told this wasn't possible. The first and second floors are double rooms, while the third and fourth floors are double rooms for single occupancy. It's incredibly complicated, especially since the entire single room is equipped for double occupancy. The air conditioning was inadequate, especially with outside temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius. It was very hot, and we couldn't open a window. I slept very poorly. Why not let guests decide whether it's noisy when they open a window? I've experienced this in other hotels. I would have really appreciated having fresh, cool air at night. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was good. The beds were also comfortable. What a shame.
