Good evening, my name is Luis U. I would like to know if I can book a cabin in your sauna on July 11th and 12th, 2026. It's my birthday, and I've been coming to celebrate with you every year for the past three years. This time, however, I would like a private cabin. I would like to know if I can book one starting today. I would also like to know the cost and your availability. Thank you very much, Luis U.

I visited your sauna from Friday, May 1st to Sunday, May 3rd, 2026. I booked a large cabin again. Later in the evening, I wanted to go back to the cabin to sleep. Unfortunately, loud music was playing all night, starting around 11 pm, so I couldn't sleep. On Saturday, after spending some time in town and returning to your sauna, I didn't book a large cabin this time and slept on a lounger in the relaxation area. Perhaps it would be possible in the future to play no music, or at least quieter music, in the cabin area. I also noticed that the heated loungers in the relaxation area weren't warm. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic, as always.
The staff is friendly. However, the steam room is very dark and rather uninspiring. Some colored lighting would significantly improve the atmosphere. Some seniors sit in the whirlpool for hours, even though others would also like to use it. A little more consideration and variety would be appreciated. The saunas and relaxation areas are beautifully designed. Nevertheless, something is missing overall. An additional large whirlpool would be a great idea. To make room for it, the number of cabins could be reduced and the maze made smaller. I would normally give it 3 stars, but I'm being generous and awarding it 4.
One of the best saunas I've ever been to. Huge, clean, and the men were great! 🔥❤️
It feels a bit unusual at first as the sauna is located inside a hotel, but once you’re inside it’s completely separate. The reception staff were very welcoming and clearly explained where everything was. The facilities are very good and spread over several levels—it’s a huge complex with plenty to explore, including steam rooms, dark areas, and well-equipped spaces throughout. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the bar staff were friendly too. We arrived around 5pm on Saturday, it was already busy and it got busier as the evening went on. A great mix of people. Highly recommended.
