AIDS-Hilfe Offenbach e.V.

AIDS-Hilfe Offenbach e.V. is the city's central LGBTQ+ and sexual-health organisation, based at Waldstraße 43 in the Innenstadt. Alongside free, anonymous HIV and STI testing (walk-in hours on Tuesday afternoons), the group runs a regular Positivencafé for people living with HIV and a "Cruising Coop" outreach programme supporting men who meet at local cruising spots. It also hosted Offenbach's first queer networking meeting, helping seed the community groups now organising the city's inaugural CSD. For visitors it is the most reliable local point of contact for advice, testing and connecting with Offenbach's small but active queer community.
