Very quiet on the 4th floor 😌. Room clean, excellent.

Incompetent and unfriendly staff. The new breakfast concept is a disaster. Despite the location, I cannot recommend this hotel. Never again will I stay with this hotel group.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean. The "breakfast buffet" is disappointing… You receive a voucher and pay for your items at a self-checkout. Everything seems a bit dreary and not particularly high-quality. The egg machine is not recommended, as the eggs come out completely dry. In my opinion, the prices are far too high for the quality and the lack of service. A cappuccino from a machine costs €3.50… It's much better to go to a nearby bakery, where you not only get fresh products but the prices are also reasonable. I was pleased to be able to give my feedback on-site to the person responsible for implementing this "new" concept. Since I travel a lot for business, I always look forward to a great breakfast. I knew that Premier Inn breakfasts were always a bit more standardized, but what's being offered with this new concept unfortunately deters me from booking here again in the future.

A wonderful hotel. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main attractions are within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

To begin with, the rooms and the staff at the Premier Inn were—as we've come to expect—perfectly fine. But whoever came up with the idea for the new "breakfast" concept was a truly poor one. "Flex breakfast," which is basically like the breakfast you'd get at a well-stocked gas station, only a bit more expensive than at my usual gas station. It's really awful. After crossing the empty breakfast room, we saw many guests in the neighboring cafes, including ourselves. It's certainly a good idea for boosting the local restaurants, but we were annoyed. Premier Inn hotels are definitely out of the question for my business trips with this new concept, and we'll be looking elsewhere for private stays in the future as well. It's a shame; we've always enjoyed staying with them, but not anymore.
