The hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything you may need. They make you feel like part of the family and their positive attitude and exceptional service play a huge role in making your stay truly special and unforgettable. A special thank you to everyone, especially Julie, who greeted us in our language every day and Paulina, who paid special attention to all our requests and organized everything perfectly for us. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service and the happy memories we will cherish!

June 2026 - After years of loyalty to the Myconian brand, our most recent stay (June 2–6, 2026) was unfortunately our last. While the "Heavenly Retreat" room was beautiful and well-appointed, the overall experience failed to meet the standards of a luxury property. Reliability was a major issue; the WiFi was largely non-functional, which was a significant problem for our professional commitments. Furthermore, our anniversary dinner—booked six months in advance—was canceled at the last minute due to a private buyout with no meaningful resolution provided. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service. We were frequently made to feel unwelcome, ranging from staff being confrontational to hearing snarky remarks directed at us while relaxing. The atmosphere became so uncomfortable that we felt singled out and pressured to make unnecessary purchases just to mitigate the hostility. There is a clear disconnect between the resort's luxury branding and the reality of the guest experience. We will not be returning. 2015 - The Myconian is the PINNACLE in luxury! We have stayed in countless high end resorts but the service, comfort, friendliness and food of the Myconian always comes out on top. Out of all of the Myconians that we have visited, Utopia is our favorite. It is smaller compared to the others so it gives you more of a private vibe without sacrificing anything else. The rooms are spacious with top of the line products, breakfast and dinner are tasty with exceptional views and the level of customer service is top notch. We can’t wait to visit again real soon.

Disappointing Decline in Service and Reliability at Myconian Utopia. Third time’s the charm, but I was surprised to find that this Myconian property is not what it used to be. During our stay from June 2–6, 2026, while the room—a "Heavenly Retreat" with an outdoor Jacuzzi—was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a beautiful view, the experience fell short in critical areas. The most significant issue was the unreliable WiFi. Over our five-day stay, the connection worked for only one day, which was unacceptable given that my husband and I required it for professional commitments. Furthermore, our anniversary dinner at Panorama—booked six months in advance—was abruptly canceled due to a private hotel buyout without adequate notice or resolution. The service, however, was the most distressing aspect. We were frequently made to feel unwelcome. One evening at the pool, staff scolded my friend for being near a table designated for a private event, despite him being nowhere near it. Later, while we were taking photos, employees made snarky remarks and giggled in our direction. We felt so singled out and marginalized that my friend felt compelled to purchase an overpriced bottle of champagne just to mitigate the hostile atmosphere. Ultimately, the service no longer matches the luxury setting. After seven consecutive yearly visits to Myconian properties, this stay was the "nail in the coffin" for us. I hope management eventually aligns their service levels with their luxury branding, as there is currently a major disconnect. We will not be returning.

I had a wonderful stay at Eutopia Myconian and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. The hotel's aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention must go to Joanne at reception, who was outstanding throughout my stay. She was warm, professional and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. The lady leading the restaurant team was equally exceptional. Every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner, she greeted guests with such warmth and genuine hospitality, creating a wonderful dining experience. The spa team also deserve recognition. The spa manager and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the treatment I received was professionally delivered and thoroughly enjoyable. Housekeeping were consistently kind and attentive, ensuring fresh towels were always available and my room was beautifully maintained. A few suggestions that could make an already excellent experience even better: • Improved signposting to the hotel on arrival would be helpful. • Extending breakfast service until 11:00am would be appreciated, particularly for guests on holiday. • A greater variety of breakfast options, including more à la carte choices, would enhance the dining experience. • A coffee machine and kettle as standard in all rooms would be a valuable addition. • Fresh robes provided during longer stays would be a nice touch. Overall, Eutopia Myconian offers beautiful surroundings, exceptional hospitality and a genuinely memorable guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

The hotel looks nice overall, but once you're there, you realize the reality. The rooms aren't comfortable; if you want a king-size bed, it's split into two singles, making it very uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. The bathroom doors are mirrored, and if you don't adjust the lighting, everything is transparent, leaving no privacy for showering or using the toilet. There's no closet, so your clothes are exposed. The trunk next to the bed, which serves as a nightstand, is extremely noisy. There's no coffee maker in the room. The staff doesn't respect the privacy button. The pool and jacuzzi have freezing cold water because they aren't heated. The reception staff, all the Greek personnel, are exceptionally friendly. However, the housekeeping staff are not.
