We booked this hotel through TUI for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't initially aware that it was our honeymoon, and they were very surprised when we mentioned it. The stay was a disaster! On the first evening, when we arrived at our suite, we immediately realized that the rooms were barely cleaned. There was dust on the nightstands and everywhere else, and spiders in every corner of the room. When we then discovered ants throughout the entire room, including the bed, we contacted reception. They actually offered us an insect spray (for the bed???) or a double room for one night. After repeated requests from the travel agency, we were finally upgraded to a larger suite the next day. Visually, everything in the hotel is beautiful—but on closer inspection, everything is filthy, including the shower, furniture, etc., in the suite. There were other people's hairs everywhere, and also splinters on the terrace. After reporting the splinters to reception, they simply swept some of them into the stones in front of the terrace. You might get woken up around 9 a.m. because they're cleaning the doors from the outside with a hose. The hotel is located very far from everything; without a rental car or taxi, it's practically impossible to get anywhere. The hotel's design is also very strange—the wind is always blowing strongly around the pool and throughout the grounds, even when it's not windy outside. Breakfast is very meager, a tiny buffet offering the same thing every day. The room is also far too small, with only a few small tables! One lady at reception was very nice, and the hotel itself looks very stylish—but all in all, I would never book this hotel again. I don't think it deserves four stars compared to other four-star resorts.
