Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near Mykonos Town, its beautiful views, and the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff who make guests feel like family. Great
While the rooms are a bit pricey, it is Mykonos in season. Rooms are a comfortable size and well attended. Their is daily service, with an early evening spruce up including turn down with candy on pillow. While, of course one will want to explore the town (which is a doable walk from the hotel) for all kinds of Greek food, the hotel has a robust menu that is served from afternoon to late night. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with everything you might look for except pancakes, which I didn't see but also didn't ask if they could be made. Many Greek breakfast choices are available too. I think their major boast is their staff. Unbelievably attentive and more than happy to be of service. I saw no one that didn't have a smile on their face. You'll learn the word "Efharisto" (Thank You) very quickly as you'll hear it over and over from the staff. As attentive as they are, one never gets the sense of their being overbearing. Wonderful experience.
Our stay at Rochari has been truly special. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family. Everything is extremely clean, and the beautiful sense of community they have created makes this place so memorable. We cannot recommend Rochari highly enough!!
Simply really, really nice. Beautiful and very appealing. Amazing service. Great view.
Rochari Hotel ended up being one of our favorite stays in Mykonos. The location couldn’t be better. It's close enough to walk into town in just a few minutes, but far enough that you don’t have to wrestle your luggage through the maze of cobblestone streets. It’s the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient. The views are stunning. If you can, book one of the higher rooms. We stayed in the Grand Terrace Suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The balcony is huge, with tons of seating and even a hot tub. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is fantastic. The pool area is great too. It is clean, well‑kept, and with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Food options are limited, but everything we had was delicious. And honestly, the staff is what makes Rochari truly special. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. We travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotel teams we’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend Rochari. You’ll be so glad you stayed here.
Couldn’t recommend enough!!! Staff are amazing and they look after all their guests. The best hotel I have ever stayed in 🩵 thank you
I had a very disappointing experience with Rochari Hotel. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong dates and contacted the hotel immediately to request a change. Despite reaching out promptly, the staff refused to modify the reservation or offer any reasonable solution. I even explained that I was willing to pay additional fees or change charges to adjust the reservation dates, but they still would not accommodate the request. I understand that hotels have policies, but I expected at least some flexibility or willingness to help in a situation like this. Instead, I felt completely ignored as a customer. The lack of understanding and poor customer service turned what should have been a simple mistake into a very frustrating experience. Because of this, I lost a significant amount of money, more than $2,000, and was left with a very negative impression of the hotel. I would not recommend this property to travelers who value customer service and reasonable support when unexpected issues arise.
