Toilet smells, but rest is great

The location is great.

Perfect location and doable if you only want to stay for 1-2 days. I definitely wouldn't stay longer. The bathroom is moldy and there are condensation dripping from the ceiling. The room was constantly damp and our clothes started to absorb the smell. Also, some of the towels and blankets were a bit dirty. Aside from that, the service was actually quite friendly. With a renovation, this place could certainly be much better. But for the location, the price is really good – you just have to weigh the pros and cons.

My stay 25 Feb to 2 March 2026 Spot hotel is really a collection of rooms in a house in side street of old town. PLUS POINTS + very clean rooms + excellent location + easy to find MINUS POINTS - no breakfast, there's tea and coffee unlimited - no staff at site after cleaner leaves in mid morning - no heating in rooms, quite cold in winter times CONCLUSION Good value for money and great location, room is clean but basic, no heating and no staff on site, although they can be contacted, suits solo travelers more then families, who may require more services then a room. RATING - 7.5/10

I think they gave me the worst room they could have given me; it didn't even have a window. Other than that, being right on the square was a huge advantage.

It is a hotel with a beautiful old structure and style, centrally located in the old city, close to everything. The owner of the hotel is very sweet and friendly, and it is a hotel that you can recommend for its affordable price and location.

You have to be carefull to souvenir shop(sagani) next to the spot, the shop owner is a fraud. But spot is perfect

Ideal for a night before taking the ferry, very cramped shower

You get what you pay for – at this price it’s alright, but don’t expect much comfort. We stayed here just for one night, arriving in the evening after a trip around the island and leaving the next afternoon to catch a ferry to Symi. For a few hours it was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.
