What reviewers say

Visitors praise the Kingsley Hotel for its excellent service, particularly from staff like Matt and Grace, and highlight the great swimming pool and good food. Some guests found the hotel a bit far from the city centre, though easily accessible by bus, and one reviewer noted the breakfast brown bread was too sweet.

Went to the spa at the Kingsley hotel for the 90minutes offer. I rarely post reviews but it was absolutely amazing, way better than multiple 5* hotel spas I've been to in Ireland. Went just after the Bank holiday so it was really quiet and relaxing, the spa is very clean, temperatures are perfect and whoever designed the changing rooms - thank you for putting everything in one would need like hair straighteners and extra towels available without needing to ask for them. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again 👌

It's always a gamble to make reservations at a new hotel in a city you've never been to before. I've had bookings go sideways because facilities misrepresent themselves or the reviews are mixed. But I did my homework on this one and could not have been happier with the results. The Kingsley exceeded all my expectations. I knew it was a bit outside of town but what I didn't know is that over the pedestrian bridge is a beautiful walk through the loveliest gardens making the trek into town one of the best parts of my busy schedule. The roses. The cranes. The people. It was simply wonderful. I began each morning with scones and tea on the patio as the weather was glorious. The room was so spacious with our own little sun area where we could read a book or listen to music. I even had the opportunity for a soak in the extra big tub. I am not used to European hotel rooms being so spacious. The bed was comfortable and the sheets divine. Everyone was so helpful and sitting on the patio in the early morning or late afternoons watching the birds feed on the River Lee were just the moments of relaxation we needed. So yes, do stay at The Kingsley. I hope to return soon myself.
