The staff and room was more than we could have hoped for. Stunning views from our balcony. Highly recommend The Address in Cork

A "historic" and therefore somewhat dated hotel. The room was okay, though. Friendly staff. Oddly, the reception wanted to charge €30 per hour for an early check-in when we called. We didn't pay. The room was already ready, so there was no extra charge for checking in. It's a 15-minute walk to town. Okay.

I recently stayed at The Address Hotel in Cork and I can't praise it enough! It's a beautiful, typically Irish hotel, full of charm and in a fantastic location in the heart of Cork. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and offer all modern amenities. On our first evening, we had a minor technical issue in our room, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We were immediately given a different room, and from then on, everything was perfect. We also spent an evening in the hotel bar – it was really lovely, the atmosphere is simply wonderful. And from the balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the city. An absolute 5-star experience – I'd love to come back!

Stayed here with my husband for one night. We were not intending to eat here. But, our plans changed and we ate here. I ordered fish and chips, under cooked fish had to send if back, when my meal was replaced the chips were over cooked my peas were cold and the curry sauce was conjealed. The staff said they were sorry but, charged my for a meal that was of a very poor standard and a didn't eat. The bedroom was dark and dated, the bed had an interior mattress. The reception staff were apathetic .I would not stay there again my sense was the staff wanted to be anywhere but, there working. This hotel definitely has a glossy website and that's all, you need to up your game! Numerous customers have given poor reviews which are responded to promptly stating you will take if on board but clearly you don't !. I love Cork I would not go back to this hotel again
