I have stayed here a few times now. The check-in and check-out is quite quick and easy. The location is convenient for me as my office is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel serves great food and has a nice bar for drinks. The rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities you would need for a casual stay. I would surely recommend this place if you have to attend an event or your office is nearby.

We stayed for a few nights and it worked for us. Staff are very friendly, the onside restaurant is good and location is great. There are shops, pubs and places to eat close by and it is a short taxi ride into down town Limerick. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Ambience is nice. The rooms are not huge but big enough for a shorter stay. Iron and board are provided as well as a hair drier but that is about it. There is no fridge in the room, no mini bar, no safety box for valuables, no complimentary water either (we were told tabwater is safe to drink - we went and bought water from a shop) and too little space to hang clothes. The only toiletries provided are soap, shower gel and shampoo, not even conditioner and no cotton pads or buds. All in all, we had a pleasant enough experience, we didn't spend much time in the hotel and because it is clean and friendly, we were happy with it. It is a bit basic but overall we enjoyed our stay. On the last morning there was no hot water which meant we couldn't shower before our flight home and that wasn't great.
