Arcigay Bari "L'arcobaleno del Levante"

Arcigay Bari, known as "L'arcobaleno del Levante", is the city chapter of Arcigay, Italy's largest LGBTQ+ organisation. Founded in 1991, it is the community's central anchor, running awareness campaigns, a "Queer Books" reading group, social evenings and health initiatives, and co-organising cultural projects such as the Cromatica rainbow-choir festival. It is the lead organiser of Bari Pride, which it stages each June with a broad coalition of local groups.
