Like for one night - Ok, it's bearable, but that's it. The proximity to the train station is a plus. The room itself is quite small, no wardrobe or shelves, no kitchenette. You have to climb a makeshift ladder to get to the bed. And the ceiling is very close to it. It wasn't particularly clean.

The rooms are truly original and well-designed. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the station, allowing you to access a variety of amenities within a few meters. The hosts are very kind, prompt, and helpful; excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

HORRID, UNINHABITABLE as accommodation for an overnight stay. It has NOTHING GOOD about it. Horrible location, clearly unsafe area, in an old building; even the entrance door is frightening. Tiny room... I booked this "HOTEL" based on the photos on Booking.com, but I never actually saw them. Therefore, I RECOMMEND checking what you've been assigned before booking. This room is intended for people who want to practice sadomasochism, with the bed on a mezzanine level, where there's no more than 40 cm of headroom, and you have to climb... using steps attached to the wall. The whirlpool tub takes up more than half the room. It's also equipped with related paraphernalia. Horrible. I requested a change and/or refund, and they gave me a firm REFUSAL. Booking.com was the same. I had to go more than 30 km to another hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. No one ever showed up in person; everything was handled via WhatsApp.

The worst hotel experience of our entire lives, and we only lasted 5 minutes before leaving to find another hotel. To begin with, the neighborhood didn't seem very safe. It was a bit far from the station and in an area that didn't inspire confidence. You enter a building, and on the floor where the accommodation was located, you find the windows locked and the neighbor's door with a security grille in front of theirs, something I'd never seen before. The door to the accommodation has a skull embedded in it as a welcome and a warning of what's to come. We were given room 4, and I say "room" loosely. It was a tiny space with a red light and one of those red sofas that people dump in the trash. Next to the sofa, a wooden staircase led to a loft where there was a mattress and two cushions serving as a bed, with hardly any headroom to rest. We opened the blinds to turn off the unpleasant red light and saw that the blinds had about a centimeter of dust on them. That room looked more like something else than a room for a couple on a sightseeing trip who needed to rest, so we packed up and went to find another hotel on the spot. We wrote to the accommodation at 4:30 PM to tell them what had happened, and five days later, a guy named Daniele replied, simply stating that the photos on the website matched the accommodation. There has been no compensation, no explanation, no concern for what happened, and of course, they didn't refund the €102. We felt completely ripped off, since the photos mostly correspond, I suppose, to other rooms that have nothing to do with the one we were given, and the photo showing the loft with the bed was taken with a fisheye lens that distorts reality and proportions.

The reviews show how little professionalism and maturity the property shows in handling negative feedback. For example, you told me to "learn math" simply because you didn't like my Booking rating. However, considering your 7.7 on Booking, 4.2 on Google, and 3.7 on TripAdvisor, perhaps you should use the calculator. In general, instead of responding sarcastically to those who report problems, it would be more helpful to acknowledge your own mistakes and improve. On Booking, I simply pointed out the request—clearly visible on the signs—to remove your shoes upon entering. Your response? That I was perfectly free not to follow the rules, since "no one would chase me." Being a polite person, I respected them anyway. I sent the documents on my own initiative, because no one asked for them. And when people talk about an environment frequented by "illegal" couples, I understand exactly what they're referring to: if the issue of documents is taken so lightly, the security of the facility (and of those staying there) leaves something to be desired. Add to that the fact that sleeping is optional, given the noise coming from the room with the hot tub. In short, judging by your own answers, it seems everyone can do as they please: rules are theirs and there are no checks—not even on documents.
