I'm giving the maximum number of stars based on Trust and the desire to finally try something new. The place after and from the ashes of the 'bart' I'll be going for the first time next Saturday. I hope to reconfirm the Stars!

Fantastic. We were a group of five friends from abroad, and everyone treated us wonderfully, both the other customers and especially the staff. I didn't expect us to feel so comfortable, like we were right at home. A 10 out of 10.

Gay bar, fantastic...great atmosphere and exceptional waiters

During a recent business trip to Bologna, I visited this gay bar, which I'd visited before. The venue has a modern and attractive design. However, I encountered some operational issues: the staff was insufficient, with only one employee manning the bar and welcoming customers. Furthermore, I noticed that too much ice was used for a simple spirit and soft drink. Despite these issues, the evenings were somewhat disappointing; on the busiest night, there were about twenty-five people at peak attendance, while on the others, just over a dozen. I find it surprising that the only gay cruising bar in a medium-sized city like Bologna has such low attendance, especially considering that smaller cities like Padua and Verona, despite having more venues, are more popular. It's also unusual that, despite its proximity to the central train and bus station, this bar has a relatively low attendance. The venue isn't located in the city center, where traffic is limited, and it's unable to attract a greater number of customers. I hope this is due to the fact that it's a new venue, which needs to make itself known to the community. I extend my best wishes for the future of the venue, because it's important to have meeting spaces alternative to online dating apps.

I liked the place and had a great time. It's well-designed and clean, and I'll definitely be back. One thing I recommend to the management is to install a shower, which would definitely be appreciated by tourists. I think the room behind the cabins could be improved by adding a couple of mattresses. Then the place will be perfect!

I find this place truly unique, especially in this period when they are scarce in Bologna. The environment and atmosphere are very trendy, clean and excellent lighting. I don't see anyone uncomfortable even in the private room. It's the gays who need to change their attitude. The bartenders and staff are friendly and honest. Everything is ok, never change and don't listen to those who are only looking for saunas.

Great place, fun, and greeted with a big smile. I recommend it to anyone looking for a different and relaxing evening. See you soon, guys.

The basic idea was to create a "hot" venue, which works very well in many cities (and would even work in Bologna). It's a shame that only the idea remained, given the inadequacy of the premises: the bar is beautiful (and large), but everything else needs rethinking, as the venue, for the type of environment they're aiming for, is far too small and too bright. It's a real shame. The staff is excellent.

This new venue immediately surprises: well-maintained, beautiful to look at, and with an atmosphere that hints at truly remarkable potential. It's clear there's a strong concept behind it, something different than usual, capable of standing out. The staff is one of its true strengths: always available, attentive, and genuinely kind—qualities that make the difference and make the experience even more enjoyable. The buffet and beverages are also top-notch, with a wide selection of cocktails to suit all tastes, from classics to more sophisticated creations. A special mention goes to the Hugo, a cocktail that's not so easy to find well-made in many places. What's truly striking is the venue's uniqueness: it's not your typical club, but something more modern, refined, and with its own distinct identity. Bologna was sorely lacking a place like this, and it was definitely time for something like this. A very promising start, with all the makings of a must-visit: Friday nights, in fact, are already becoming a fixture in Bologna's nightlife.

I've been to this venue several times and, in the past, I've even enjoyed it. However, my overall experience has deteriorated due to management issues. After I offered some constructive suggestions for improving the private area, the manager reacted unprofessionally, even going so far as to block my access to the venue using my ARCO card. This attitude does not encourage dialogue or improved service. The venue has potential, but several aspects appear poorly managed: - the lockers, recently introduced, are located in an inconvenient and impractical area - the private area is not adequately marked out - music and videos are not consistent with the atmosphere the venue aims to create - costs are not always clearly communicated - the double Sunday formula (naked time followed by aperitif) creates confusion and makes both those who enter dressed and those already inside feel uncomfortable Overall, the management appears disorganized and inattentive to customer needs. At this point, I'll stick to the key points of the response. 1) I don't think my criticisms were ever polemical. As for the club's "philosophy," I'm certainly not the person who has the power to change it! 2) Security of the venue. I understand your position on this matter. 3) Regarding the reasons for blocking my membership at your venue, I'd say they're all largely false. With the members, the majority of whom always agree with me, we discussed improvements that could be made to encourage fun! I certainly didn't create any uncomfortable atmosphere. No sense of embarrassment. Nor did I create any general serenity. And I also come back to the point I mentioned about the restaurant. On your part. I believe that the decision to no longer frequent your establishment is up to me as a member. Not for you to impose it on me by blocking my membership. I believe this attitude demonstrates your total unwillingness to accept criticism. As can be seen from the responses you've given to all the negative comments!!! Listed as reviews. 4) I again suggest always indicating the membership fee you require at entry. It's a matter of seriousness, transparency, and honesty. 5) I won't dwell in the slightest on the almost offensive insinuations on the WhatsApp group and the so-called "little hearts" because I believe we're talking between adults here, not spoiled children!!!
