Comfortable and decent hotel in Bologna, well located 10 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. Good breakfast.

Indecent, unseemly, unworthy. There's nothing worth adding other than the photos of the state of the filthy bedroom and the dilapidated bathroom where I had the misfortune of staying. I don't know how this dump can be rated 4 stars. Mold and dust are everywhere!

Unfortunately, I don't have photos, but I stayed with my family in the triple room. The initial service was great — super attentive! I arrived before check-in time and the receptionist promptly suggested leaving my luggage next to the reception desk. She explained everything very patiently, gave me a city map, and even gave great tips on attractions and restaurants. The room was very spacious, well-organized, and clean. The bathroom also surprised me with its size. The only detail was the shower, whose water didn't come out completely evenly, but it still worked well. The heating was perfect and kept the room warm all night. The location is good — near one of the main avenues that encircle the city. For those who prefer to use public transport, it's a great option. When I needed to go to the station and couldn't find a taxi, I took a bus nearby, quickly and easily. The hotel isn't exactly in the heart of the city, but in a quiet and peaceful area, about a 10-minute walk from the center, ideal for relaxing. All the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast is good, with nice options: fruit salad, yogurt, cold cuts, and the kitchen prepares scrambled eggs to order, if desired.

The rooms are poorly lit, old, and dilapidated, with horrible flooring. Breakfast is decent, but the waitresses are two wonderful.

The ground-floor room (no. 42) and its attached bathroom are disreputable. The rooms are dark (only one light bulb in the room) and damp, with mold on the walls. The humidity made the room and the bathroom towels smelly. The hair dryer was broken and fixed with electrical tape. The shower was completely dark, with mold on the walls and broken tiles. The breakfast was poor. We booked for two nights, but we left after just one without a refund, despite having booked a "superior" room. The photos online do not reflect reality.

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the city center. Housed in a former chapel, its decor is impressive. Breakfast is served on a mezzanine above the reception area, with limited tables. The lady in charge of breakfast brings everyone their coffee from downstairs, makes fresh scrambled eggs, and clearly loves her job; she's very hardworking and efficient. Breakfast mostly consists of pre-packaged foods. The rooms are spacious and airy, but what bothered me was a musty smell in the bathroom, and it leaked when showering, splashing water everywhere. The shower head was broken. I wouldn't recommend expecting a four-star hotel by Turkish standards.

We stayed two nights in this former convent converted into a 4-star hotel (rated superior on their website). The stay was pleasant enough, but there are several aspects that could be improved to meet its star rating. The property is very beautiful and has tremendous potential, but it's not being fully realized. The double room we were assigned was very spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a large TV, but it was very dusty. The large rug and fake plants didn't help matters. Many details were neglected: peeling armchairs, mold on the bathroom walls, stained and old towels, a designer showerhead with poor water flow... it's a shame, because these are all issues that can be easily resolved. Finally, the room was noisy; on the first floor, facing the main road, there was a lot of traffic, which compromised the quality of our sleep. Breakfast is served in a beautiful mezzanine area, with frescoes and exposed brickwork, but the selection isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel. At least the sweet options were very limited: small croissants, a cake, and a few cookies, with no description or allergen information about the items on display. Even the in-room minibar didn't have a price list; more information would be needed. Finally, be careful about parking; they direct you to the ex-Staveco for €12 per day, but it's been closed for months for renovations. You'll have to find alternatives within the blue-lined parking spaces because the affiliated garage has exorbitant prices.

The ground floor room was disturbing and very dark. Mold was on the wall, and the disabled bathroom was inconvenient due to the very high toilet. The lady at reception was extremely kind, but that wasn't enough. I had booked a single and they gave me a double on the ground floor for €89; on Booking.com it was €74.

Nice hotel in the center of Bologna. Cons: No parking, really uncomfortable and noisy bed, and a very modest breakfast. Strong points: Very nice bathroom and shower; excellent location. Worth the price. I would never stay here at full price; it would be a complete waste of money.
