The location is unbeatable. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. The bathroom was outside the room, but that wasn't a problem.

We had a lovely room at Martini Rooms, right in the center of the old town. We had great contact with the host. He was easily accessible and patiently explained everything 😃. The room was beautiful and, above all, clean, with free coffee, tea, and a modest breakfast (all free). There's also the option to cook, which we didn't do, by the way. Conclusion: this accommodation is highly recommended. And definitely book directly through the website. It's the cheapest option. 😍 Thank you, Luca!

I stayed in the balcony suite apartment (for the record, the balcony simply overlooks the street). The apartment is charming, very dark, but overall nice, especially if you're in town for a few days. It's in a beautiful area but a bit inconvenient to get around; I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't walk much or have children. It's a shame about the cleanliness—the apartment was a bit dirty—and about the shower—we weren't able to take a hot shower one after the other.

Excellent location for a stay in a quiet area. You can explore the entire city on foot. Easy access by elevator from the lower part of Cagliari. Very comfortable room with daily cleaning and towel changes. It has a nice kitchenette with coffee, tea, toast, and jams.

Stayed twice here recently. Its the perfect place for frequent travellers...has everything you need. The elevator is across the street and takes you down closer to the central area. Very responsive to any questions. Thank you

Excellent property, excellent experience! The location is perfect for those like me who love historic city centers: in the heart of the Castello walls, the city's medieval quarter, just steps from the cathedral and the museum complex. The neighborhood is located high up, and the views of the city are breathtaking. A public parking lot (€9/day) right under the walls allows you to reach the property in just a few minutes by elevator: a great convenience in Cagliari, which is uphill. The room (White) is elegant, spotlessly clean, and also equipped with small comforts (such as a kettle and two types of pillows) that frequent travelers like me particularly appreciate, and which demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. A spacious living area allows you to make coffee or tea (breakfast is not included, but this service is free) and even cook something for yourself. A bonus for environmental awareness: the recycling is very well organized! The host and staff are very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

The location right in the city center is absolutely fantastic... there's also a great bakery with delicious croissants just around the corner – highly recommended. Despite the directions, the apartment was a little difficult to find; the key box was at the first door, but the entrance was two doors down... a sign on the front door itself would also be helpful. Communication, however, was smooth and excellent. The apartment itself is quite dark due to its proximity to the next building; you can barely see the sky because the building opposite is so close and tall. But otherwise, the apartment is really lovely, and if I were to come back to Cagliari, I would probably book here again. Thank you very much.
