"Working with this team is a fantastic experience. I oversaw the decor and photography of their vacation rentals and can attest to their extraordinary care for both their guests and their properties. They are cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A valuable professional partnership that I recommend to all owners!"
Clean and welcoming apartment, with all comforts, a few minutes from the main street, excellent transport links, the gentleman I spoke to was always ready and available, I absolutely recommend it
I stayed here for an extended period during the winter and felt right at home from day one. Luca is the perfect host: warm, helpful, and speaks excellent English. Every request was handled with lightning speed. The rooms (I stayed in the "White Room") are modern and cozy. The technology is particularly impressive: smart home features and air conditioning/heating in every room ensure absolute comfort. Everything is provided for longer trips as well: a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped shared kitchen (including a new stove with oven and dishwasher!). It's a great place to relax or chat with other guests in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place in Cagliari – it's surely even nicer in the summer, but perfect in winter too!
Great location. Friendly staff.
They should take a little better care of the bathroom facilities.
