Lots of choice and everything fresh, you don't know what to choose. They also have a pre-made meal option, thank goodness. Something for everyone. We were served quickly; we arrived at 12:30 and waited about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there were no seats inside. There were large steps outside to the right where you could sit, but please dispose of your trash properly and don't just leave it there. Two items plus a can of Coke for €28.

Tasty, but definitely not as good as the one I had in Florence or Los Angeles. Could have been my bad luck but the bread was over baked and very hard on the outside. Jaws were exhausted by the time I was done. Still, service was good, line moves pretty quickly, and plenty of seating upstairs.

I was surprised to find out they have better sandwiches in Las Vegas (my first time having a sandwich from their location) Even they baked the bread on the spot(or they just warmed it up) it was hard as rock! The focaccia was absolutely dry, not crunchy, hard to eat, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Sadly the usual tourist trap. The hype is big but it's really nothing special, nor the bread, or the ingredients. They also messed up our order. I ordered the Babbo and asked for arugula as an extra in it. This sandwich originally comes with sundried tomatoes, which they completely left out and used aubergines instead (not sure why they did that?), and also left out the arugula, but of course they made me pay for it... Because the service was chaotic you couldn't follow who was doing your sandwich, which made it impossible to spot that they had messed up. I speak italian, so i'm pretty sure the problem wasn't because of a language barrier. It also doesn't really help that many signs of the possible extra ingredients are in the wrong place - thanks to this as a lactose intolerant you cannot be sure of what creams you can have in the sandwich. I would recommend going to the mercato at Stazione Centrale instead - it is cheaper with many available options to try.
