Decumani Hotel de Charme
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's breathtaking salon, excellent breakfast with attentive staff like Rosanna and Carlo, and its quiet, clean, and charming atmosphere within a historic building. However, some guests found the hotel difficult to locate and access due to its setting on narrow, rough streets in an older part of the city.

We liked it a lot, good service, centrally located hotel, good amenities.
I strongly recommend Decumani Hotel de Charme for singles, couples, or families. The location is perfect right next to the main street of Naples, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The rooms are pretty roomy and well maintained. The hotel feels like a beautifully modified historic building that has been there since the old times; because of its historic nature, you can catch a slight "old building" scent when you first walk back inside from outdoors, but it just adds to the charm. The staff members are extremely friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Breakfast is pretty good and free, and the breakfast area itself is absolutely beautiful. As a huge plus, the front desk can arrange a taxi to the airport for you for only 21 euros. This is an amazing deal since public transportation cost me 13 euros one way anyway. It is an awesome place to stay and I would definitely come back!
A truly pleasant stay in this oasis of peace, a timeless place. The staff were kind, attentive, and professional. High ceilings and high quality. In the dining room, Carlo's friendliness and pastry expertise added value.
Excellent! I highly recommend it. Very well located in the historic center, perfect for visiting Naples. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. The only slight drawback is a bit of noise.
A very nice hotel in an old palace, still being renovated. Small lobby, lots of sitting areas upstairs (but no stairway access which is bad), and a lovely renovated dining and breakfast ballroom. Rooms clean and fine, not fancy. Great location on a quiet alley. Good service all around. Recommended.
Pictures online a bit misleading, our rooms were MUCH smaller than anticipated (we booked the middle sized ones but they looked like the pictures of the smallest ones). Breakfast was good, location was excellent. Definitely got some road and crowd noise in the evenings. A/C didn't always work which lead to some warmer nights.
