Beautiful breakfast room. Ability to get a drink until 10 pm.

A small hotel in a great location for those who want to be within walking distance of everything in the area. The room is a reasonable size. The dining room is very impressive and along with the breakfast buffet is very modest.

The head guy at the reception (owner?) berated his staff. He put up a sign in elevator that the taxi strike was ongoing when it had ended the day before and called us a private car that took 2 hours to arrive. He would not allow the young women working for him to call us a taxi.

In an old mansion or palace. The breakfast room is rather elegant, and breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are nice but not large. The layout and stairs take some getting used to, because of the original architecture. You need to use the elevator to get to the rooms. The location is excellent, walking distance to many tourist attractions.

Excellent place to eat, spa and return to after touring Tuscany.

Very warm welcome

We booked this hotel last minute and we’re not sure what to expect, especially since my husband is a wheelchair user. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed in, wheelchair, accessible, clean, comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and professional Centrally located it made getting around easy Highly recommend this hotel

We went for breakfast. Excellent and very kind.

Very good location, but being next to the University, it gets very crowded with young people at night and dirty the next day.

I had breakfast at this hotel and it was a truly pleasant experience. The setting was refined, the quality products were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Special thanks to Carlo, who was fantastic: kind, attentive, and very professional. He made everything even more enjoyable.
