Primo was a very kind and helpful owner; he made sure we lacked nothing. Both apartments my family stayed in were equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, sheets and towels, coffee maker, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay. Furthermore, the parking space is fantastic, very convenient and easy to use. The location is also very convenient, both for Prato della Valle and for the hospital and the university area. Both apartments were spotless upon our arrival and super fresh! We highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

I booked this property to host some of my relatives from Sicily, knowing I was in for a treat given the owner's reliability, which I've often found, and its convenient location, just steps from Prato della Valle and the bus and tram stops. My guests were extremely satisfied with their choice: Primo's apartment is spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean! Primo met all our requests, demonstrating his availability and flexibility. Furthermore, his hospitality and constant presence on site certainly make the difference in making guests feel at home.

I used this property for an unexpected family need. The owner, Primo, was available immediately to help us. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and welcoming, even for my daughter, who enjoyed the many cartoons and DVDs available in the house!

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times. The apartment is spacious, bright, well-furnished, and equipped with every comfort. It's very close to the city center and various hospitals, which can be easily reached on foot. The owner is kind and always available.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Primo wasn't the best from the start. If you don't want a lot of hassle and complications, choose somewhere else. I booked the Le Cupole apartment on Booking.com, and in this specific case, the host required a credit card authorization through the website as a damage deposit. For some reason, my bank blocked this transaction, and we couldn't complete the booking. Mr. Primo insistently asked for a photo of my credit card so he could verify what type of card it was and call my bank to open a ticket. When I refused to give him my card details, Primo started insulting me. Unfortunately, I really needed the apartment the next day, and the cancellation fees through Booking.com were high, so we agreed with Primo to pay a deposit of €150 via immediate bank transfer. Well, when I sent the deposit, I received a message from Booking.com saying the host had cancelled the reservation. The next day, during check-in, Primo said it had been automatically cancelled by Booking.com and that he had contacted them to reopen it. But that was all a lie, and it clearly states that it had been cancelled by the host and not reopened. Of course, when I paid, my request for a discount, since Booking.com was no longer acting as a mediator, was rejected by Primo for the reason I mentioned. Furthermore, Primo has always been late, both for check-in and check-out. At check-in, before even showing up, he started complaining about how big my dog ​​was. We replied that if the big dog bothers him, we'll change apartments. His response was no, you can come, you're already here. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building on a very noisy and busy street. There are many stairs and the garden is shared. We found several dirty dishes and cutlery, but these things happen. The heating is centralized, and for me, the apartment was a bit chilly. When it was time to check out, despite our appointment, Primo was late, so I decided to check out alone. Checking out was also complicated: going down the stairs, getting in the car, exiting the building gate, parking the car, going back up the two flights of stairs, leaving the keys on the table, and going back down the stairs. Just as I was getting back in the car, Primo showed up, apologized for the delay, and told me to let him know if I needed a few more days, and that he had other apartments available (so why were you making such a fuss about my dog!?). At this point, we thought the nightmare with Primo was over, but it wasn't. He couldn't get me the wire transfer to return my deposit! He repeatedly asked me to send him my IBAN, which is always the same whether I enter it once or three times. The fact is, he sent me a screenshot, and I realized the IBAN he was using was incorrect. Primo claims to have been a professional in the sector for over 20 years, but he's hardly a professional.

For our second stay in Padua, we again chose one of the apartments offered by our host Primo. The apartment is in a spectacular location with parking close to the city centre. The apartment was large and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The host Primo was very friendly and helpful and even left us some breakfast and coffee. If we return to Padua in the future we will contact Primo again. Veronika

I've stayed at Primo's apartments a couple of times, and my stay has always met my expectations. The cleanliness of the facilities, the functionality of the apartments, Primo's friendliness, and his prompt response to guests' needs make me want to return time and time again. The location is also noteworthy: very close to Prato della Valle.
