What reviewers say

Some visitors found the place nice and cool with good amenities, and one reviewer even stated it was better than expected with a nice room and working TV. However, a significant number of guests reported the venue to be dirty, with unpleasant smells, stained mattresses, and unclean linens and towels. There were also frequent complaints about unclear check-in instructions, rooms not being ready or clean upon arrival, and difficulty reaching staff.

The place is dirty and I don't recommend it. When I booked and arrived at the hotel, they told me there were no rooms available. They scam people this way when they pay through the website.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel in my life. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bed was impossible to sleep in — the mattress had visible yellow stains, and all the sheets, blankets, and pillows smelled extremely bad and felt unclean. The towels provided also had an unpleasant odor, as if they hadn’t been properly washed with detergent. It honestly felt like basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. The bathrooms were shared and in terrible condition — very dirty and unhygienic, making the whole place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The only positive thing I can mention is that the cleaning lady was polite and kind, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for how bad the hotel itself was. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The directions to pick up the keys are unclear. They're on a different street than the one on Booking. The people in the building can't cope anymore. There's never any staff in the building. If you need anything, they NEVER answer the phone. You arrive at your room when check-in was at 4 PM. The room wasn't ready. It was dirty. The people before were ready after 6 PM. The bathrooms were dirty.

There was no information about where to check in, which was in a completely different place. When we entered our room, it wasn't ready yet; it was still messy. The door to the shared bathroom didn't work.
