My partner and I enjoyed the spa exclusively: it was simply a wonderful experience! The spaces are elegant and relaxing, the staff attentive and professional, and every detail is taken care of to ensure maximum comfort. Definitely an experience worth repeating.

The spa has been left in disrepair. There's no water for drinking or making herbal teas. The Kneipp path is turned off, as is the sauna. The hot tub has kids diving in goggles, like they're in a public swimming pool. For €29, it seems excessive; a €4 discount was later granted for the reported inconveniences. I'm afraid there aren't enough staff to maintain the spa.

Spa poorly maintained and lacking maintenance. I visited this spa with high expectations, but they were quickly disappointed: the facilities were not clean (mold in the corners of the pools), the hot tub didn't work, and the sauna shut off after a short time. Some of the loungers in the salt room weren't heated. Herbal teas? Expired. I don't know if this is an end-of-season issue, but having visited other spas, the comparison is obvious. I hope the facility is soon managed by competent staff.

A terrible experience, to say the least. I visited the spa with two friends as a birthday present. From the welcome to the end of the experience, the main issue was the lack of care and the clutter of the facility. Inside the spa, we found the hydromassage tubs in the pool not working, the sauna at 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit) that was later turned off, the Turkish bath with very little heat, and finally—two things that can be considered minor details but that make a difference—there was no piped music, so total silence, and at the "refreshments" there were three small bottles of water, some expired tea bags (I've attached a photo), and a kettle with two inches of limescale inside. Despite reporting these malfunctions, no one was willing to explain or even attempt to repair them. Disappointing, embarrassing, and definitely not relaxing.

We're a couple and we chose this spa to treat ourselves to a moment of relaxation, opting for a 50-minute full body massage per person... and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed into a refined, relaxing, and well-organized environment. But what really made the difference was the professionalism, kindness, and empathy of Viola, our masseuse. She immediately put us at ease with her gentle, attentive, and respectful manner. She listened to our needs and tailored the treatment to our needs, making it not only effective but also deeply rejuvenating. It's rare to find people who, in addition to being competent, also manage to convey such a sense of care and presence. Thanks to her, we felt truly pampered. We'll definitely be back!

The ladies are very kind. The spa is small but well-kept and clean. I would change the elastic bands on the locker keys because they're too tight to hold the key on your wrist and are uncomfortable. Perhaps they could also provide some fruit or some biscuits with the herbal teas. Apart from these little things, I'm always happy to return.
