A clean environment, always available to customers, even for frivolities. Pampered 24/7.

We spent a week at this hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located very close to the beach, the sea, and the main promenade in Rimini. The hotel offers several amenities. A swimming pool is always available and cleaned daily. A bar serves excellent cocktails. Breakfast is unfortunately so-so, but it's a big plus. The air conditioning in the room works very well. Rooms are cleaned daily, which is a big plus. The Wi-Fi works very well for a hotel. The hotel reflects a bygone era, but the owners and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, not what I expected. When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned...so far, so good. But when we entered it, I was shocked. The floor was completely covered in thick layers of dirt, with dust bunnies in every corner, not to mention the dust on the furniture. The inside of the wardrobe was covered in hair and dust. I politely pointed this out, and it was cleaned again...well, it still wasn't clean for the entire duration of our stay. The hairdryer in the room is useless; you're better off blowing on it, it's probably faster. Breakfast was even worse. The same thing every day. Zero variety. The cake (and everything else) is left on the buffet table every morning until someone finally eats it. After a few days, it just gets drier and more inedible. The website advertises breakfast until 12 noon. That's not true either. They start clearing everything up around 10:30 a.m. You can forget about the hairdryer in the room; it's probably faster. Anyone expecting fruit or anything healthy can leave immediately, because there are only apples. If you're lucky, you might find one that isn't shriveled up. Oh, and there are cucumbers and carrots. In 16 days, we only had pancakes twice. Otherwise, there are the same three kinds of cake every day... unfortunately, every single cake tastes like lemon, even the chocolate ones. The pancakes also taste like lemon/orange. For bread, there are mini rolls (always nice and hard) and toast. The juices taste okay one day, and the next they're watered down. It's really uncool when your juice tastes like manure. The coffee from the machine is awful. It gives you goosebumps. I also booked a room with a balcony, but we got a balcony with a toilet. Thanks again for that. Friendliness isn't exactly a priority either. One lady who works in the kitchen is a gem (which is why she doesn't fit in with the rest of the team at all). And two people at reception were quite nice. The rest of the staff, in my opinion, weren't very friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcome or comfortable. Which is something you really should feel when you pay a lot of money. We were also in Rimini last year, staying in a different hotel and part of town, and had a fantastic holiday there. The difference was night and day. What a shame...
