Palazzo Bellini
Visitors frequently praise Elsa's warm welcome, excellent homemade breakfasts, and the B&B's central, clean, and well-furnished accommodations. However, some guests have experienced issues with noise due to a lack of privacy and have noted that the property could benefit from modernization and maintenance.

The room was charming and spacious, with high ceilings and bright French windows overlooking the internal courtyard balcony. In my opinion, however, it wasn't a 5-star hotel due to some of the amenities lacking: a tiny, unusable television due to poor signal, no minibar, and a short, uncomfortable mattress. The reception service also had some issues. After several attempts at ringing the bell and making cell phone calls, the door was opened by a kind guest. The staff arrived later.
Fantastic location in a great position!! Recommended!!
DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IT'S A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! Not only is there absolutely no privacy in this B&B, and you're practically living with the neighbors like you're camping because there's no soundproofing whatsoever, but on top of that, you get ripped off on the price!!! I was charged twice for breakfast!!! I had already paid for it online, and they charged me a second time even though I had proof of payment!! I was even insulted!!!
Awful experience at this hotel. When arriving at midday they had us waiting for 1 hr without turning up to let us in. When they eventually arrived, although we had booked a QUADRABLE room, they tried to convince us that a quadruple room is two doubles. They were rude putting the blame on booking.com and we had to leave the property trying to find a hotel last minute. They then denied a refund, even though they have sent a message to apologize, claiming we were lying and that the reason was that we did not like the room. All experience recorded on video. Totally not recommended.
Excellent location, wonderful building, even more so, the rooms and service. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with attention to detail. I hope you find the freshly baked apple and cinnamon cake, because you'll be thrilled. I highly recommend it for your stay in Turin.
We didn’t manage to stay. When we arrived, there was no one there to let us in, and we were left waiting on the street with our two small children after hours of driving. No one was answering the phone, and after 45 minutes someone finally answered, telling us that they had sent us an email with instructions to enter manually on our own. We never received any email. Moreover, when she tried to open the door remotely while speaking to us on the phone, the door wouldn’t open, and she kept insisting that we pull it, although it clearly wasn’t working. The system she uses is very poor, and the service was completely unprofessional. After a long conversation on the phone, she eventually came in person, but even then she couldn’t open the door herself. We finally got in because someone happened to be leaving the building. When we told her that we hadn’t received any email, she kept insisting she had sent it and claimed it was a problem with Booking.com and not her fault. She told us we needed to speak with Booking.com. However, she is the one who chose to run her rooms this way. Then she led us to the room I had booked, which was supposed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds, as clearly selected through Booking. Instead, she showed us two separate rooms and kept insisting that this was considered “one room.” There was no clear communication on her part, and instead of apologizing to HER GUESTS , she kept repeating that the problem was with Booking.com. In the end, she even told us we could leave and not take the room if we didn’t like it! Her attitude was unacceptable, as was the entire service. Needless to say, we did not stay, and we do not recommend this place, as the service is completely inadequate and her behavior utterly unprofessional. Attached message that she sent to apologize for her rude behavior. All the responses she posts as the owner are complete lies, made up only to excuse her outrageous behavior. On booking she even claimed there was no electricity to justify why she wasn’t there to meet us at midday when we arrived. That’s simply false — while we were waiting, people were coming and going, the door was working perfectly, and when she finally arrived we went up with the elevator, proving there was power all along. Repeated lies after lies. She literally screamed at us and told us to leave, yet she never gave us our money back and made no effort to find a solution. Instead, she invented fake stories (like a so-called “false alarm” or us disturbing other guests at 16:00, which is absurd). We NEVER arrived at night, and of course nobody was sleeping in the afternoon. Pure fabrications. On top of that, the property itself is completely misrepresented. She sold us a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but in reality it was two separate rooms. One of them wasn’t even ready — she was scrambling to find sheets, and the cleaner hadn’t cleaned it. The place was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, adding even more discomfort to the stay. In all our years using booking.com, we have NEVER encountered such a terrible host. She has absolutely no idea about hospitality or professionalism. BEWARE: this host lies to cover her tracks, refuses refunds, and treats guests with shocking disrespect. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
A wonderful place to stay in Turin! I loved the peace and spaciousness of both the room (with a very large bathroom) and the entire apartment—a true palazzo, beautifully designed in a wonderfully eclectic style. Although I arrived very, very (!) late, the owner waited for me and welcomed me with a very warm smile. Grazie mille again for your patience! And what would this B&B be without Elsa's hospitality and the wonderful breakfast? Highly recommended, and I'll be happy to come back.
