If I could, I'd give even more than 5 stars to this wonderful property in one of the most charming spots in Turin's historic center. Starting with the receptionist, Alessandra, who is incredibly kind and polite. The San Carlo Suite is spacious and equipped with all the amenities, from the kitchen to the appliances and necessary utensils. The bathroom has all the toiletries refilled daily. The kitchen provides water, coffee, and herbal teas daily. The beds are extremely comfortable, even the children's. And the direct view of Piazza San Carlo is wonderful. Finally, we were able to check out late since our room was not booked for the following day. And all this at an absolutely excellent price. Finally, the peacefulness of the rest despite the central location. If we have the chance, we will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our room was a comfortable studio apartment with a kitchen and dining area, making it convenient for preparing meals or relaxing in the evenings. While our view didn’t overlook the piazza which would have been ideal, the location itself was perfect, right in the heart of Turin with easy access to sights, shopping, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the suite had a quiet, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home base in the city. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located stay.
