About this place Azure W. House Bed & Breakfast

Azure W. House is a gay-friendly bed and breakfast located in San Lawrenz on the island of Gozo, part of the Maltese archipelago. This intimate accommodation option caters to LGBTQ+ travellers seeking a warm welcome in a destination known for its Mediterranean charm, dramatic coastal landscapes, and increasingly vibrant queer community. Gozo itself is Malta's second-largest island, offering a more relaxed pace than the main island while still providing easy access to cultural attractions, beaches, and outdoor activities. The area around San Lawrenz provides a quieter base for exploring the island's historic sites, nature reserves, and waterfront villages. As a bed and breakfast, you can expect personalised service and a home-like atmosphere, which often makes it easier to get local recommendations and tips for exploring the area. Malta as a whole has made significant strides in LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance, making it an accessible destination for queer travellers. Whether you're visiting Gozo for its natural beauty, cultural heritage, or simply to unwind, a dedicated gay-friendly guesthouse provides peace of mind and a welcoming environment. You can find more information about the property and book direct through their website at http://azure-window.com/

I had the best sleep ever, here at Azure bnb. Room is so bright and modern, breakfast and pool here... and so peaceful, 8 minutes walk to the Dwejra inland sea too so great for a swim!!

Avoid this place! Our prepaid booking was canceled without notice after a delayed flight. No refund, no help offered. We had to pay for another hotel last minute.

This bed and breakfast is a quiet and pleasant place, away from the crowds. Two buses connect St. Lawrence to Victoria, the capital of Gozo. The rooms are soundproofed and spacious. A generous breakfast is served by the hostess, Joanna, who is very attentive. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, although the sea is only 1 kilometer away, accessible by bus.

A big thank you to the lady who served breakfast; she was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The location is quiet and away from the larger towns. The bus service is infrequent, so renting a scooter is highly recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the island at your own pace.
