What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's spotless, spacious, and stylish rooms, along with the friendly and helpful staff. However, a significant number of guests complain about disruptive and loud building work starting early in the morning, which can impact the room's view and sleep quality. Some guests were able to get rooms at the front to avoid the noise, but this was not always possible.

The room is spacious, strange because there is no view (the window opens onto a walled balcony with a high open space, so the curtains are always closed). Breakfast is hearty and the same every day. Convenient connections to other cities, good location. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good.

We've had a great time here, the hotel is ideally located for all the local amenities and as a hub for travelling further.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! Hello, my name is Martín Intile. I stayed at the Lady Todd Hotel on the nights of May 4th and 5th, in room 22. On the night of the 5th, the power went out at 5:00 AM, and the emergency light came on. This was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to get back to sleep. My wife is pregnant and was very frightened, stressed, and uncomfortable because the air conditioning wasn't working either. We called reception three times. Each time, Daniel answered and told us there was NO solution and that we would have to wait until the next day. We noticed that the power was working throughout the entire building except for our room, which was out. It was as simple as coming to see what had happened and fixing it. Every time I called, he told me the same thing! I find it very irresponsible and rude not to care or help us. At 9:30 a.m. we still had no electricity, and when we went down to breakfast, Diego kindly came to resolve the problem—it was that simple. But it was too late because we were checking out. I requested a refund for the night of May 5th, and they said they weren't responsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
