Lovely hotel just off the main southern waterfront with spacious, very clean rooms. Full and filling breakfast. Kind staff always ready to help.

Great location, big airy rooms. We just had a grumpy lady staying next door which complained about our TV, which was not very loud at all, so assuming the noice cancellation is not very great in the rooms. But we had no problems at all, so recommend this hotel!

An ideal location on a rather noisy street. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Spacious room. Some rooms, however, are very dark.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its greatest asset. It's very close to public transport, making it easy to get anywhere on the island, as well as the ferry to Valletta. The hotel is generally well-maintained, although there's construction going on right next door, and renovations begin before 7 a.m., which is quite inconvenient and doesn't allow for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The helpful staff are also a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite dark and cold due to the buildings outside, which block the sunlight, and the dark, "industrial" décor. It needs air conditioning. The room is generally well-maintained, but there were some areas that needed repair. We had a room with a balcony, but I think charging extra for it is a mistake, especially since the view from the balcony is a construction site, making it impossible to even sit quietly. Anyone expecting views of the bay or city will be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this option. Breakfast is very monotonous and lacks variety. The best part of breakfast is the sweet rolls and croissants. Of course, everyone will find something to their liking, but for longer stays, this can be inconvenient. For my husband and I, this hotel was just a stopover for exploring the island. Overall, I recommend this place to those who value proximity to public transportation and the promenade, but prioritize the convenience of a hotel.

The room was large and clean. The food was good, tasty and varied. It's off the main street, which is a plus because it's not so noisy ✔️

A clean hotel with excellent location and friendly staff.

Such a noisy hotel :-( there must be next to none sound proofing as you can basically hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, talking, tv, making coffee’s etc. It really was a horrible expirience having to listen to other people speaking whilst your trying to sleep! I have never expirienced such bad sound proofing at a hotel before, also with earplugs in. The location of the hotel is positive, wifi worked well and their is an elevator so those things are positive but the soundproofing has to Improve!

Dont bother or take ear plugs. Building works ruined our holiday. Hammer drills from 7am. We asked for a quiet room as husband been unwell. It was like echo chamber concrete ceiling no sound proof. Reception swore we would hardly hear anything. Building work continuing for months. Good luck. No proper window. (Unfinished cut out hole top right hand corner for a window. Too high to see out of. With sliding door 2ft in so they could call it a balcony. Absolutely useless. Some rooms have no window. Couldn't use courtyard advertised as covered in concrete dust. Building site over looking about 3ft away. Dead coackroach took 5 days to be cleaned away

This is the second time we have stayed here and I have to say we are very disappointed! There is a huge building site at the back of the hotel. (Please see pics for just how close) 5.30 in the morning the workmen started hammering and sawing! We went to reception to complain to be told they had complained about them several times but there is nothing they can do! Now I understand they can’t control builders on a site that’s nothing to do with them but it doesn’t change the fact that this site has obviously been there for months and not just appeared! They could be letting customers know that noise may be an issue either before they arrive or when they check in to give them the option of whether to stay there or not! We were informed that they aren’t supposed to start making noise until 7am but this is still early for those wishing to relax on holiday. Also the cleaning service turned up at 3pm when we had come back to the room for a rest which means our room didn’t get cleaned and we were missing milk from the tea and coffee facilities.

I have absolutely no complaints, it was really great here, I would have loved to move in. It's nicer than my apartment in Vienna, the room is really big with plenty of space and storage. The location was also very good, thank you for the lovely stay 👍

Good basic hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast to suit all tastes. Good location for waterfront, ferry to Valletta, shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay, Thank you
