Well located hotel. Nice breakfast but most importantly very processional and caring staff. Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception for arranging quick and early check in to our room , Daval for being cheerful and welcoming everyday at the breakfast and most importantly, Mr Antoine who made sure our stay is pleasant and comfortable.

Stayed here for a week at the end of May. Overall we really liked the size and cleanliness of our room. The location was convenient to bars, shops, restaurants, and St.George's Bay and Spinola Bay. The pool area was dead most days, no music and the bar was closed more than open. Breakfast was good but it was the same options every day which got old after day 3. Restaurant had limited hours and the rooftop was unavailable after 8pm. Overall the facility was lack luster and access felt restricted as it would've been nice to enjoy the sunset from the roof. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but if you're looking for a place for a few days this wouldn't be a bad spot.

Breakfast was quite good, the pool was okay too, but... The TV remote wasn't in the room, the toilet brush was a disaster, the noise level in the room was extremely high (the window was very poor), the shower drain was clogged, the air conditioning was also very loud, the room service was poor, and the location was terrible... Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

It is absolutely unacceptable that a hotel of this class, in a country where the tap water isn't safe to drink, doesn't provide free bottled water. There are water dispensers, but where am I supposed to fill up? I stay at an Accor hotel almost every week, and every single one provides free bottled water. This is unacceptable. I'm an Accor Diamond member and should therefore receive an upgrade (if available). At check-in, I was asked if I wanted a paid upgrade, which I declined. Referring to my status, I stated that I expected a free upgrade, to which I was replied: "Only on weekends" (I've never experienced this at any other Accor hotel). After checking in, I inquired again, expressing my surprise, to which the receptionist claimed they were fully booked and therefore it wasn't possible. The odd thing is that he offered it to me for an extra charge right at the beginning... The rooms aren't particularly large, but they're okay. Due to its location in a party district, the windows cannot be opened at night, but this is to be expected when booking in this area. The chair at the desk was broken and was not replaced despite being pointed out. The soap dispenser in the shower was also broken, but at least that was replaced.

Great service from Charmane and Cindy. Good hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Number 11. The location ist perfect, the rooftop pool is fantastic and the breakfast was delicious!
