Berd's Hotel

BERD'S Hotel, I can say that it is "The best hotel in Moldova". The staff professionally approaches each department they are responsible for. The extraordinary cuisine with Michelin quality with dishes meticulously prepared by the chefs (I was very impressed that the restaurant has a glass window through which you can observe the process of preparing dishes in the kitchen) The rooms are also 5 stars with ornaments with original Moldovan motifs, being the only one in Moldova with such an idea. The location is very good because it is close to the central sector where there are many shopping centers for people who come from abroad for shopping or to take a short trip to the national museums. The receptionists impressed me with their knowledge of 6/7 foreign languages, not to mention their kindness. And I can say once again that this hotel is "THE BEST HOTEL IN MOLDOVA"!

Exceptional food, beautiful atmosphere, and a truly thoughtful design in every detail. The service is on another level — the entire team is incredible, and Alexander deserves a special mention. We stayed in April. Very convenient location in the center of Chisinau. Very polite staff everywhere: at the reception, in the restaurant, in cleaning the rooms. They quickly and efficiently helped to resolve all our requests: order a transfer, recommend a restaurant, an excursion, help with luggage (we lost it at the airport) - with the help of the receptionist (Anton - thank you - Nelu - thank you) the issue was quickly resolved without any hassle or additional costs on our part. The rooms are very clean, everything works (Maria - thank you). The breakfasts are excellent (Klara and Elizaveta, thank you too). The bar is very cozy (Bohdan, thank you). Spa services are included in the price of accommodation. No complaints. We had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed your wonderful hospitable country. Galina

I wanted to share my experience at BERD’S Hotel in Chișinău. My stay was absolutely remarkable. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and a refined atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered. The staff is simply exceptional: attentive, professional, and always smiling. You feel truly welcomed. Everything was perfect—from the service to the ambiance, including the impeccable quality of the amenities. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. It has a delicious restaurant and a decent spa. It's a bit less centrally located than a hotel in the city center. But any comparisons are pointless when it comes to service. This hotel has the best service in the city. I travel a lot, and service like this is very hard to find in the CIS countries or anywhere else in the world. They pay close attention to every detail; it's like being part of a family. Thank you, guys, for such attentive service to your clients; you're always top-notch! 😍🙏
