Shadow Hotel

Unfortunately, our experience at this sauna was disappointing. It was very cold inside, which completely contradicts the idea of ​​a sauna. We were not provided with slippers, and there was a complete lack of crockery — not even glasses for serving. There were also no speakers for music, making the atmosphere quite sad. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, a clear sign of lack of cleanliness, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Overall, the conditions were not up to expectations and we were deeply disappointed. I do not recommend it until these basic aspects are improved.

The entrance has a lot of stairs that you have to carry your luggage up. The receptionist says it's a 3-star hotel, what more could you want, although the hotel advertises itself as having 4 stars. I got a heated room with air conditioning, which doesn't cope. It was a maximum of 5 degrees in the room. There was no heating in the bathroom and I think it wasn't above 0 degrees, at -9 outside. The towels were torn and soiled and they were changed. I was accommodated on the 2nd floor and had to climb spiral stairs, very tight, impossible to go down in case of a fire. I doubt it has a fire safety certificate taken seriously.

There is no elevator and it is difficult to get to the rooms with luggage.

Excellent hotel

Choose another place!!! If you're planning to rest from the road or just sleep, you might not get it. The "hotel" has a pool where people go drinking and swimming at night. It's very noisy and crowded. There's no security, so anyone can go in.
