Large hotel with a good restaurant and a nice, large, sunny terrace

Although the booking system itself changed the dates, I had to pay extra because I went from a seasonal deal to a last-minute booking. Despite handing over my ID at the reception, I was subsequently informed that I had to do so next time to benefit from my exclusive rights. I received my voucher for a free drink via email at home on the day I was already at the hotel. My mini-fridge in the room was not cooling and the light flickered like a disco bar. In the morning at breakfast, there were few information cards by the food. There were no tissues in the bathroom, and when I inquired with a friendly receptionist, she immediately made phone calls for information and told me that someone from maintenance would come to the room to bring them. A friendly man knocked on the door a little later and asked in English if I needed toilet paper. He didn't know what tissues were. So I just left it at that.

Beautiful hotel, good location. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. Friendly staff.
