Average hotel interior, room & service wise. Location is good. It is however not adequate for the price they ask. There are no parking facilities linked to the hotel aside from a slight discount with the q-park below (which has sub par reviews mentioning plenty of break-ins and still expensive). The rooms are also advertised as having streaming options but it doesn't work. So only analog television is available. When asking the front desk about this they acknowledge the issue but no solution is given. Judging by other reviews this seems to be an issue for at least 3 months already. We decide where we stay based on the listed amenities, not having these when claiming you do is false advertisement.

Brilliant vibes, quite rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good- fruit, pastries, pancakes, sausage/bacon/eggs/shakshuka, smoothie of the day, tea, coffee, breads, fruit juices, chia seeds pudding, yoghurts and toppings, granola bar, sweet cakes, mini donuts and continental.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and directly in the pedestrian zone. The room was clean, and there was also a drink voucher if you opted out of housekeeping. Unfortunately, there were some minor difficulties redeeming the voucher. A major drawback was the breakfast. On the one hand, the very strict 10:00 AM end time meant that you had to be quick from around 9:30 AM onwards to get enough food on your plate. The selection was okay, but could be improved. The staff weren't always the friendliest. Okay for a short stay, but not really suitable for longer.

Very friendly staff and good service; the rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The location is ideal, 2 minutes to the city center and a 10-minute walk to the central train station. We would definitely come back.

The worst hotel I've ever seen, everything in the description is not true at all. There isn't even a refrigerator in the room and TV doesn't work either. I wouldn't recommend it. I don't feel abnormal. ashed
