City Hotel Tilburg

The hotel is located in the center of Tilburg. A great place to stay overnight when visiting music venue 013. The music venue and bars/restaurants are right around the corner.

Great hotel with excellent value for money. The welcome upon arrival was pleasant, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is included in the price, which is definitely a plus. Laundry service is also available. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the beds are wonderful. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

The shower drain was clogged, so we couldn't shower all weekend.

Upon check-in, we discovered that our room smelled strongly of marijuana; it was unbearable. We went to the front desk to report this, but were told they wouldn't do anything about it and that another room wasn't possible. The hotel also refused to offer a refund or any other solution. Unfortunately, this forced us to leave our weekend getaway. My previous review was also deleted by the manager. Never again. I've never experienced such terrible service.

We had a short (1 night) and pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in and out was smooth and the room is spacious for a family of 3. As per our request, we got a baby cot for our kid and the amenities are worth the price. Location is perfect, at the city center. walkable distance to many restaurants, shopping places and the train station. Bummer is that they don't have their own parking so one needs to park elsewhere but there are plenty of Paid parking places nearby. Best feature of the room is the spacious window to look into the square and to sit in the window. must be cool during spring and summer seasons to enjoy the view. We had a snow fall when we stayed so it was pretty to look at.

To put it mildly, a truly awful hotel with incredibly poor service. Never again.

Great for a night's sleep, everything you need. Comfortable bed, great location. The building is old and noisy, though.
