Tri-City Pride 2026

The Tri-City Pride (Trójmiejski Marsz Równości) is the yearly LGBTQ+ Pride march for Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot, on Poland's Baltic coast. About 8,000 people turn up each July.

It winds through the Tri-City, past Gdańsk's UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic old town, along the Baltic, and through a port city that feels distinct from inland Poland.

Tri-City Pride has gotten bigger since it started in the 2000s. July means long northern days, a warm Baltic summer, and Sopot's beach resort at its best. It's one of Central Europe's nicer Pride settings.

Local LGBTQ+ groups organize the march, with help from Tęczowe Centrum. There are community events at Tęczowe Centrum, and bar nights at Euforia and Barka. Gdańsk makes a good Pride destination, combining its history (Solidarity started here, kickstarting Poland's democratic shift) with Baltic summer beauty.
