Unfortunately, I confirm the previous reviews. Contact with the store is nonexistent. The order was paid for in full, but split into two shipments. One arrived, the other is listed as "shipping label created," and it's been that way for almost two weeks. I'll be returning some of the items, so I'm preparing for a refund battle. Oh, and I waited a week for the first part of the order to ship.

Products as described, fast and hassle-free delivery! I only wish they were larger. Overall, I recommend them!

Great products, terrible service. The wait time for shipping or a refund is absurd. You can grit your teeth if you're not pressed for time and are patient... but if you want to order swim shorts for your vacation, I suggest ordering in January... maybe they'll be ready by June. It's a shame, because in terms of their selection, this is the best men's underwear store I know. You're ruining the brand, gentlemen.

EDIT: So I contacted the store today because I still haven't received my money. They haven't responded to two of my messages to this day. They claim they missed the messages and the return itself. It's very unpleasant, very annoying, and humiliating. I wouldn't have any particular complaints, but I'm extremely irritated by their customer service. After returning an order, I always have to ask for a refund. They don't meet the deadline for processing a return. Furthermore, they have a poor response time to messages.

It's great that such a store has finally opened in Łódź, very nice assortment, I recommend the service
