Hotel Altus Palace - Destigo Hotels

I'll share my opinion. I booked a room in this hotel where the tram runs and you can't hear it loudly. I don't know who you are to think it's loud. You clearly didn't close the windows, and that's all I'm very pleased with this facility. I really liked it. The only thing is, there's a communication issue. I reported that we'd be leaving the hotel an hour later. Apparently, someone simply didn't inform us and we were called, but it wasn't a problem for me.

Our stay was perfectly fine overall, and everything was adequate. However, it lacked that special spark for a 5-star hotel – the little details were missing that certain something you expect from other establishments in this class. It's a solid and pleasant hotel, but compared to other 5-star standards, it doesn't quite reach its full potential. A generous 3 out of 5 stars!

Nice location, next to the park and near the old town, a shopping complex, train station. The twin beds are comfy, the firmness of the beds suit me well. The housekeeper cleaned our room promptly. Knowing the hotel was a banker residence and was very surprised it was very grand looking inside.

Excellent in every way

A beautiful, upscale hotel. All the rooms are gorgeous! Spotlessly clean. Excellent location, just a short walk to the market square. One downside is the tram stop right next to the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and decorated to a very high standard, the staff are very polite and friendly especially the bar and room cleaning staff, overall a enjoyable atmosphere and very pleasant experience, definitely worth staying
