Univers (T)

It is located right next to Iulius Mall, on the edge of a lake, in a quiet area. The rooms are very clean except for the pillows, not the pillowcases but the pillows themselves, which smell of sebum. The breakfast was a bit lacking in variety, more like a 3 star than a 4 star like the hotel has. They also have a restaurant, with good food, generous portions. The staff in both the restaurant and the hotel are very friendly.

Great place for a short stay with family

I was here for a course, Nova room. A very good experience, service, food, staff 10/10. Very clean place, everything wonderful.

The room is clean, smells nice, everything is almost perfect - the noise, on the other hand, is unbearable. The meter is constantly buzzing and the walls are very thin so I can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. I was woken up in the middle of the night by 2 neighbors who thought it would be a good idea to sit and tell stories at 12 am. I knocked on the walls twice in the hope that they would realize that I was disturbing them, they heard but did not stop. It was only after I went to the reception to report the problem that they stopped. But I was immediately called by the reception to be told why I was knocking on the wall that I scared the poor girls. I was not drinking because they were disturbing me and we hope that they will hear and stop, no, no; I wake up like an idiot in the middle of the night knocking on the walls like crazy to scare them. I'm sorry.
