Hotel Paradis
Many visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff, with particular mention of Paolo the receptionist, and find the rooms clean and comfortable. However, common complaints include dated decor, issues with amenities like the spa being out of service, and thin walls leading to noise disturbances. Some also note the hotel's location is not central and that advertised facilities may not be available.

Excellent hotel for travelers. Good internet, excellent service.
A good experience overall. I was able to check in at 12:00, good and quite diverse breakfast, very good coffee, the SPA is ok, it's not the brightest but it's enough, I recommend it more during the winter. This is the second time I've stayed here, it seems they've started renovating some of the rooms, but not all of them.
Friendly staff, they spoke Hungarian, we got a nice big spacious room. The hotel has some shortcomings, but overall we were satisfied while we stayed here :)
I came from Belgium for one week, and the hotel is very well located. The receptionist, Paolo, is the best receptionist I’ve ever had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at until today. Very professional and very kind — you are lucky to have him on your team. He is the main reason why I’m giving 5 stars.
Poor soundproofing, you can hear everything outside, from the adjacent rooms. Unpleasant smell in the room. Nice staff. Breakfast ok, varied.
