Below average. The bathroom in the room where we stayed constantly smelled of mold, you couldn't take a shower because you couldn't breathe for a minute from the moldy smell, not to mention leaving the bathroom door open during the night because you were suffocating in your sleep. At first it didn't seem like a big deal to us, but after the first shower it started to smell constantly and despite the ventilation the smell didn't go away. I've seen this in other reviews and it seems like nothing is being done about it. Another thing I don't understand is the hypocrisy with which we put some labels printed with Rituals soap, when you can refill with 2 lei Cien soap. I can say that the breakfast was with the cheapest products in all categories, including some cut cucumbers, left moldy in the bowl. Overall, I don't think it deserved 3 stars at all.

A good place to stay in Cluj.

Superlative, starting with the very friendly staff, cleanliness and service. I recommend breakfast and the daily menu. We will definitely be back.

The hotel itself was good and the room was spacious and clean. I was happy with my booking until the following day at the breakfast area when the staff accused me of not having booked the breakfast. He outright accused me without even verifying it or asking me for my booking and I had to really argue with him and show him the proof. That was really rude, and honestly it ruined breakfast for me. So from my experience, I cannot give it a high score, especially for international travelers like me.

Super quiet and clean ☀️

I discovered the restaurant at the Hotel Gala while looking for a good option for lunch and I returned here several days in a row for the menu of the day, being very satisfied with the experience. The quality-price ratio is excellent, the food being tasty and composed of two filling courses. A rare and highly appreciated detail is the free water offered at discretion, a gesture that demonstrates respect for the customer. The atmosphere is completed by the lady serving, who is remarkably kind, offering prompt service and a warm welcome. Although I was not accommodated at the hotel, I greatly appreciated the quiet and pleasant ambiance, being the ideal place where you can dine in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a clean, modern and welcoming place that I highly recommend for a successful lunch.
