Perfect location, pleasant atmosphere, rich breakfast. A very nice experience!

I stayed here with my wife, who had booked a room with breakfast for a business trip. I joined her unexpectedly, and at check-in, we were upfront about it. The receptionist charged an extra fee for me (which we paid without issue) and assured us we could pay for my breakfast only for the days I actually ate it – just inform staff each morning and settle up at checkout. At checkout, however, we were charged for breakfast every day, despite me only having it on 3 days. The staff claimed the manager required full payment and showed a vague note in a notebook as "proof" of our agreement. They insisted this matched our check-in discussion, which it didn't – no such terms were mentioned. When we pushed back, we were told to book an appointment with the manager, even though we were rushing to the airport. No apology was offered, and it felt like we'd been misled from the start. The money isn't the issue; it's the dishonesty and lack of accountability. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, and housekeeping was friendly and efficient. That said, noise traveled easily through the walls (especially bathrooms), which disrupted sleep. We also couldn't find an iron in the room, and later spotted a rule on the door banning ironing – odd for a hotel with conference rooms heavily advertised for business travelers.

Don't stay here. While it's a great hotel, the reception is terrible. They made me pay for things I did not use and they accused me of saying things I did not said. Terrible experience. I'm coming frequently to Timisoara, but I never had such a disappointing experience

I've been coming to this hotel for a while now and it's extremely well-run, but...you have a blonde lady at the reception who argues with the hotel's customers. She believes that some customers are more important than others. At 11 in the morning she yells at us that it's not okay to touch the piano in the lobby. We didn't bother you, you know. She exaggerated terribly, we stopped but it's not okay to say that some customers are more important than others as long as the stay has been paid for. That lady knew how to argue with me instead of seeing that I didn't want this and she also made fun of me. No ok. Change the staff. Just so you know, it's the girl in the picture who's causing a scandal.

Everything was perfect. The facilities were well-maintained and modern, the staff was friendly, the location was great, and it was very clean. As a parting gift, they gave us some pastries because it was Orthodox Easter.

Such an amazing experience at Atlas hotel in Timisoara! The staff was so welcoming and nice. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped and extremely clean. For sure I’ll come back.
