nice place but.... stop the war in ukraine! people who have families live there! They are not Nazis or criminals! In Ukraine, civilians are dying and their homes are destroyed. Would you like your wife, daughter, son, husband, grandmother, grandfather to be killed by a ballistic missile?
We visited the hotel for a conference on April 14, 2026. The hotel is pleasant, clean, and beautiful, and the staff is polite. The evening was overall enjoyable, but the experience was marred by the behavior of one of the waitresses: while serving my food, her long hair came into direct contact with my food, after which there was not even an apology, and the subsequent interaction was passive-aggressive. I hope this particular waitress will be trained in attentiveness, accuracy, and respectful treatment of guests. It would be advisable to explain that sanitary and hygienic standards are mandatory in the food service industry and that long hair must be carefully removed.
Ani Oganisyan: I liked the prices, the service, the cleanliness, and the wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant for a family dinner.
The staff were very polite. The room was a little small, but it was clean enough. The location is also close to the Moscow Circle Line station, so it's easy to get to anywhere in Moscow.
I stayed here a year ago and I'm coming back again for a week. It's one of the most beautiful, best, and quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. I hope it's still the same and nothing has changed.
Good location, services and facilities.. friendly staff 🌹
